Richard H. Glanton is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ElectedFace, Inc.  Mr. Glanton served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Exelon from May 2003 to December of 2008. From 1987 to 2003, Mr. Glanton was a Partner with the law firm of Reed Smith.

Mr. Glanton has been a director of GEO Group Incorporated since 1995 and has been lead director since 2012. He has been a director of Mistras Group Inc. since 2009 and chairman of its compensation committee. From 1996 to 2018 he served as lead director and director of Aqua America Corporation. From 1991 to 2003, he served as a director of Exelon Corporation.

Mr. Glanton served a President of the Board of Trustees of the Barnes Foundation and its Chief Executive Officer from June 1990 to February 1998. He served as a Trustee of Children Hospital from 1986 to 1992.
